Owners of patent RU 2562551:

The invention relates to the field of cosmetology, namely, represents the method of selection of hair color. To implement the inventive method, a color palette of colors is formed, dividing into segments, each of which has a division into tone levels according to the degree of brightness and color nuances, in the form of a set of scarves and strands, each strapping corresponds to one strand of the same tone with it, moreover, this set is constructed in the form of a conveniently visible panel with handkerchiefs and strands arranged in an orderly manner and easily removable; then, interacting with a specific client, individually select the desired color of his hair, for then alternately removing the scarf and strand from the panel, covering the client’s head with the selected scarf and applying the corresponding selected strand to his forehead, returning the tried-on scarf and strand to the panel and removing the next scarf from the panel for another check and so on until that time until the client makes the final decision on the matched color. The method of selection of hair color according to the invention provides an effective selection of the hair color of the client according to his image at a given time. 5 hp f-ly, 2 ill.

The invention relates to the field of cosmetology and can be used in beauty salons, hairdressing salons and other similar establishments for proactive selection of the desired (best) hair color before dyeing, as well as to search for a new image before changing it, etc.

There are numerous methods for coloring hair, for example, “Method of dyeing or bleaching hair” (application for the same invention No. 2009143897, IPC A61K 8/02 of April 25, 2008), in which there is no serious anticipatory (prior to coloring or other actions related to material costs) the procedure for selection of hair color and the necessary tools for this, and the choice of color by the client is based on his simple aspirations like “like…” or “I want to try ...”.

The result of this approach is often the client’s frustration, their loss of time and money.

The closest in essence to the claimed invention is the “Hair Coloring Method” (patent No. 2356590 for the invention of the same name, IPC A61Q 5/10 dated 06/14/2007), the description of which gives the tone scale of colors of various shades, which covers the color types of different clients ( women and men).

However, in the specified prototype there is also no proactive (prior to dyeing) procedure for individual selection of hair color for a specific client, as well as the necessary tools for effective implementation of this procedure, and therefore the probability of unsuccessful hair dyeing remains.

It is appropriate to emphasize that the claimed method goes beyond the selection of hair color before dyeing, because can be successfully used without dyeing, for example, when selecting hair color in the form of wigs or special hats, as well as for advice on changing the image or on returning to the old image, to determine compatibility with face makeup, eye lens color and selected costume, on stage, artistic and other images.

The technical result and the purpose of the proposed method is to expand the functionality of the prototype - providing a proactive operational and effective selection of the hair color of the client, respectively, his image at a given time by using the tools created in advance, imitating the colors on the client’s head alternately chosen colors from the color palette used before the final customer decisions on selected color.

These technical results and the goal are achieved by the fact that the method of selecting hair color, characterized by the use of a scale of tones of colors of different shades, is also characterized by the fact that, before the beginning of interaction with customers, they create a set of handkerchiefs with a strand of hair for each scarf of the same tone with it, at the same time in the specified set they form the color palette of the colors of the handkerchiefs and the corresponding strands of hair necessary for practical use, dividing into segments, each of which has a division and the tone levels according to the degree of brightness and color nuances, the set being designed as a conveniently visible panel with shawls and strands arranged in an orderly manner and easily removable, then, when interacting with a specific client, they individually select the desired color of their hair, for which they are alternately removed from the panel a shawl with a strand, cover the client's head with this shawl and apply the corresponding strand to his forehead, if not chosen, return the tried-on shawl with a strand to the panel and remove the next one from the panel Latok with a lock for the next check, and so as long as the customer does not take a final decision on the chosen colors.

FIG. Figures 1 and 2 show, respectively, examples of a sketch of a panel with scarves and strands and a sketch of the use of the strip-specific straps with a strand for a real client.

FIG. 1 depicts a panel 1, on which scarves with strands are divided in pairs, divided into segments 2, 3, ... 7, each of which, in turn, is divided into different shades 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, ... 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 scarves 2.1. 1, 2.2.1, 2.3.1, ... 7.1.1, 7.2.1, 7.3.1 and strands 2.1.2, 2.2.2, 2.3.2, ... 7.1.2, 7.2.2, 7.3.2, and in fig. 2 - client 8, currently selected handkerchief 9 (one of 2.1.1.) And strand 10 (one of 2.1.2, ...), as well as master 11.

The compact palette used in the example is in three shades 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, ... 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 of each of the six segments, for example warm blond 2, cold blond 3, warm brown 4, cold brown 5, warm red 6 and cold red 7, It is quite successfully used by the author of the application in practice, here is given for the specificity and compactness of the application material. It is important to understand that the palette used may be different in terms of the number and nuances of shades, and the richer the palette, the higher the possibilities of the proposed method.

The method of selection of hair color, characterized by the use of the tone scale of colors of different shades 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, ... 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, is also characterized by the fact that, before the start of interaction with the client 8, a set of shawls 2.1.1, 2.2.1, 2.3 is created. 1 ... 7.1.1, 7.2.1, 7.3.1 with strands 2.1.2, 2.2.2, 2.3.2, ... 7.1.2, 7.2.2, 7.3.2 for each scarf of the same tone with it, at the same time in the specified set they form the color palette necessary for practical use, consisting of segments 2, 3, ... 7, and each segment has a division into tone (shade) levels 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, ... 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 about the degree of brightness and color nuances, moreover, the specified set is constructed in the form of a conveniently visible panel 1 with shawls 2.1.1, ... 7.3.1 arranged in orderly and easily removed and strands 2.1.2, ... 7.3.2, further when interacting with a specific client 8 individually select the desired color of his hair, for which the selected handkerchief with a strand is alternately removed from the panel 1, cover the client's head with this handkerchief 8 and apply the corresponding strand to his forehead, if the choice is unsuccessful, they return the tested scarf to the panel and remove it from the panel erednye scarf with a lock for the next check, and so as long as the client 8 will not take a final decision on the chosen colors.

At the same time, the used palette of colors of shawls 9 and 10 strands of hair can be different in the number of segments 2, ... 7 and in the number of tone levels (shades) 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, ... 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 in each segment. The hair strands 10 may be natural or artificially colored or unstained hair. Instead of shawls 9 with strands 10 can use natural or artificial wigs. Shawls 9 may have long ends, which are protruded forward as a scarf.

The method is as follows.

Let, for example, in the beauty salon use panel 1 (Fig. 1) and let customer 8 come there (Fig. 2), in this case, a woman who wants to understand how she will look with a different hair color, and with a good selection hair colors dye them.

The wizard 11 invites the client 8 to sit down in the chair, listens to the client's request 8, shows him on panel 1 the entire palette of colors, sortedly arranged on removable shawls 2.1.1, 2.2.1, ... 7.3.1 and removable strands 2.1.2, 2.2.2 , ... 7.3.2, and wondered what colors the client 8 wants to try on. The chosen scarf 9 from the scarf group 2.1.1, 2.2.1, ... 7.3.1 covers the client's head 8 (Fig. 2), and the ends of this scarf are released on his chest to enhance the effect. With the same purpose, to the forehead of the client 8 in the area of the bang is applied the corresponding color of the strand 10 from the group of strands 2.1.2, 2.2.2. 7.3.2. Professionals are well aware that the unsuccessfully chosen color is old and makes the client’s face 8 tired. In this case, the failed kerchief 9 and strand 10 return to their place on panel 1 and choose a different color. If you choose the right color at the same time and the same face of the client 8 becomes as if fresh and younger.

The proposed method of selecting the hair color is visual and for client 8 and master 11, relatively fast (several minutes per client) and cheap.

1. Try not to get paralysis analysis

You know the situation when you start thinking about a solution. You spend too much time arguing over all these ifs, buts, and what ifs. There is one practical way to avoid all this: a deadline must be set. You tell yourself that you must make the decision within half an hour, an hour, or a little more. This circumstance will force you to make a decision and avoid unnecessary delays.

2. Try to narrow the problem

Write down what exactly makes the decision so difficult. It is likely that things are complicated by the lack of proper motivation, peer pressure, parental intervention. Then take some time to think about your goals. Finally, think about all the consequences of the decision you make.

3. Try to simulate a failure

We all make the wrong decisions. Sometimes we remember our lives, and we are horrified by the number of bad decisions that we made. However, we must be able to learn from them. We should expect failure, and learn from it. One day you will realize that a bad decision is a real opportunity, and this will help you speed up the decision-making process.

4. Try to recognize your cognitive biases and allow yourself to process and accept other points of view.

"Our brain accepts what the eyes see and the eye seeks everything the brain wants," Daniel Gilbert

The subjective way in which we perceive the world is known in psychology as “cognitive distortion.” This affects our decisions. This is very well explained in the book of Daniel Gilbert. This type of cognitive prejudice can take many forms. One example is the so-called "confirmation bias".

Maybe you do not know about it, but you are attracted to people whose views are similar to yours. You visit sites or news sources confirming your worldview. The problem is that while it is convenient for you, you often ignore or miss the views that are just as relevant but do not fit into your picture of the world.

Because of the Internet, this problem has become even more, because it has become much easier to find a huge number of people who share your point of view, and as a result your picture of the world will become even stronger.

When we have to decide something, we don’t know exactly how much this confirmation bias will affect the decision making.

Awareness of the limitations of our worldview and the search for other opinions will allow us to take a more rational and less subjective decision.

Decision making process

  1. Identify the problem, task or opportunity. Problem: which dentist to go to treat the teeth. Opportunity: what will be more important in five years - knowledge of English or Chinese?
  2. Creating an array of possible options. You can find several dental clinics on the Internet, and then also ask your friends.
  3. Estimate the costs and benefits associated with each option. On the one hand, even treatment in an inexpensive clinic costs a lot of money, on the other hand, it is still necessary to be treated, because then you will have to pay ten times more.
  4. Choosing a solution.
  5. Implementation of the selected solution.
  6. Evaluate the impact of the decision and change it if necessary.

Perhaps not in every case of your life you will go through all six stages and not always consistently. But even so, the difficulties of making decisions should not arise much, because there is a step-by-step algorithm. Although life is usually not so simple. So what's the difficulty then?

Why is it sometimes difficult to make a decision

Some of your decisions are so simple that you accept them without thinking. But complex or ambiguous require more attention. These include:

  • Uncertainty: Many facts and variables may not be known.
  • Complexity: many interrelated factors.
  • Consequences of high risk: The influence of a decision on your fate and the fate of other people can be significant.
  • Alternatives: Different alternatives may arise, each of which has its own set of advantages, uncertainties and consequences.
  • Interpersonal problems: you need to predict how other people will react to your decision.

In my head, all this is carried by in a second, so you do not even have time to understand why this stinging inner feeling appeared. One thing is clear: the more complex the decision, the more time you need to devote to thinking.

How to learn to make decisions

Before proceeding to the solution of specific problem issues, it is necessary to develop a common mechanism for making balanced decisions. It consists of three parts:

  1. What you focus on. What you think shapes you as a person and changes your emotions. Every day many people concentrate on what they cannot control. You can make decisions based on what you have, what you can influence.
  2. Decide not to focus on what is not working. It sounds weird, but that’s what most do. We are so accustomed to questioning everything that we don’t notice how, instead of working solutions, we first of all work through non-performing ones.
  3. Assess the situation. Life changes every day, you are changing, people around and situations in general. Some problems may not be problems at all.

But this is all theory. In real life, we think of specific categories and are often limited in choice by many factors. Here are some practical requirements for the process of thinking that will allow any situation to be considered more carefully and soberly.

Make a decision quickly

Yes, in this case it may not be the best. However, even a bad decision is better than thinking, delaying for several days, months or years. People during this time psychologically reconcile themselves with the fact that no decision will be taken.

Successful, great people often make decisions quickly. They know that doubts and fears can destroy even the greatest undertakings. They change and adjust their plans along the way, are trained in the process.

If you hate your job, why not decide right now to change it? Do not change, namely to make a decision. This means that you start looking for another job, improve your skills and prepare the ground. But the decision is made now, no need to pull.

Often we think along such a chain: information gathering - analysis - evaluation - information gathering - analysis - evaluation. And so on to infinity. Make a decision (you already know that you need to change the hated work) right now and only after that look for information that will help in the process of implementing the plan.

The more you wait, the more you will suffer. To suffer that you perfectly understand the importance of making a decision, but in no way do you accept it.

After a quick decision, collect information

Again: do not confuse and interchange the first and third points. If you need to learn English, make a decision here and now, and only then begin to collect information, look for books, tutorials to enroll in courses (all this can be done a minute later).

When the decision has been made and the goal has been set, collect all the necessary information, having preliminarily put forward a condition: I will take the next important step in this direction in so much time. For example, you decided to study English in the morning, gave yourself four hours to search for all the necessary information, and at six o'clock in the evening you decided to call several schools of English and choose for yourself the best in time of classes, distance, etc.

Analyze past decisions

It is important to understand two things:

  • Why did you make good decisions in the past?
  • Why did you make bad decisions in the past?

What happened then? What principles did you follow? Perhaps when you make decisions quickly and intuitively, they are the best in your life. Then do the same in the future.

Tony Robbins Method

You can avoid possible shortcomings when making decisions when you have a system that will help you to split up the options and foresee possible weak points. It is called OOC / EMR. This is the decision method from Tony Robbins. He applies the four rules to the process of its development.

Rule one: all important or difficult decisions must be made on paper.

Do not do it in your head. So you end up fixating on the same things, not reaching any resolution. Scrolling thoughts creates pressure and leads to stress.

Remember yourself when the last time a very long time took an important decision. Rather, they did not want to accept it. Months and even years passed, and things did not get off the ground. If you took a pen and paper, a decision could be made in one hour.

Rule two: understand absolutely clearly what you need, why you want it and how it will be possible to know that you have achieved it.

You must clearly understand what you want, what is the goal. Even if it is absolutely clear what exactly you want, you can forget the reasons why you want it. WHY is what makes you follow your decision. This is where the motivation comes from.

Get as specific information as possible about what you want, why you need it and how you will know when you get what you need.

Rule three: decisions are based on probability.

Do not wait for complete and absolute confidence. In most cases, you will never get it. So, must give it to themselves.

No one can clearly say what the solution will have consequences. Yes, you need to collect information and analyze it, but no one can give a 100% guarantee.

Rule Four: decision making is a clarification.

In most cases, there may be several results. Find out which solution will bring maximum benefit in all areas of your life. Sometimes there are benefits where you could not think.

So we got to the decision-making process. Robbins calls it the intricate abbreviation of EP / EMR. It consists of the following steps:

  1. Results.
  2. Choices.
  3. Effects.
  4. Evaluation options.
  5. Damage reduction.
  6. Decision.

Consider each step separately.

results

Tony Robbins begins by defining the results he wants to achieve. He asks the following questions:

  • What are the results?
  • What exactly do I want to achieve?

It helps to create clarity on the results, as well as prioritize them. After all, there may be a lot of them, and they can bear the benefit of completely different.

Robbins: "First thinking and only then answers."

Choices

He writes down all the options, even those that may seem strange. Why? Tony says that there is a principle: “One option is not a choice. Two options - a dilemma. Three options - a choice.

It doesn't matter if you like these options, just write them down.

Effects

Robbins is trying to figure out the consequences of each of the options that he came up with, and each one asks the following questions:

  • What are the advantages and disadvantages of each option?
  • What will I get from each option?
  • What will it cost me?

Evaluation of options

For each option or choice, Tony Robbins asks the following questions:

  • What results are affected? (this is what we discussed in the first paragraph)
  • How critical are the disadvantages and important advantages on a scale from 1 to 10?
  • What is the probability from 0 to 100% that a negative or positive consequence will arise?
  • What emotional benefits or consequences arise if I choose this option?

Robbins uses this step to exclude certain options from the list.

Damage reduction

He then considers the consequences of the shortcomings of each of the remaining options. For each Tony Robbins conducts brainstorming alternative ways to eliminate or reduce damage.

You can lean towards one option, but at the same time know that it has disadvantages. That is what this stage is for: think about how to reduce their influence.

Decision

Robbins chooses an option that provides maximum confidence in achieving the desired results and needs based on the most likely consequences.

He suggests the following steps at this stage:

  1. Choose the best option.
  2. Complete it so that it is guaranteed to work.
  3. Decide for yourself that regardless of whether the option works at 100% or not, it will lead to victory (this way you can stop being tormented by thoughts that by choosing one option, we lose the other).
  4. Develop a plan for implementation.
  5. Take action.

You are unlikely to learn how to make decisions by studying a couple of methods. This is a long-term process. The following books will help speed it up.

  • "Solving problems by the methods of special services" Morgan Jones.
  • "Refraction. Science to see otherwise. ”Bo Lotto.
  • “Guide to lies. Critical thinking in the post-truth era. ”Daniel Levitin.
  • “How not to make mistakes. The power of mathematical thinking "Jordan Ellenberg.
  • “Why we are wrong. Pitfalls of thinking in action ”by Joseph Hallinan.
  • “Traps thinking. How to make decisions that you won't regret. ”Chip Heath and Dan Heath.
  • “The territory of delusions. What mistakes do smart people make? ”Rolf Dobelli.
  • “Proactive thinking. How simple questions can make a difference in your work and life. ”John Miller.
  • “Mental Traps at Work” by Mark Goulston.

This article sheds light only on part of such a complex process as decision making. You can learn more about it in our free course “Decision Making”.

We make decisions all the time. Sometimes more than a hundred of them can accumulate in a day, and all of them will have some or other consequences. This means only one thing: the quality of decisions determines the quality of our life. When you achieve mastery in this business, you will achieve success in many areas. We wish you good luck!

5. Try to save time, focusing on the experience of other people, rather than repeating your own mistakes.

Before you buy a car of a certain model, you can talk to someone who already has this model. The opinion and experience of this person can save you time to make a decision. If you have to decide on which treatment option to choose, if you are sick, it is often useful to know the personal impressions of those who have already gone through such treatment. Researchers say that it helps a lot to make decisions, but at the same time they warn you that the information you receive must be based on facts.

How to choose the right shade of hair dye

To choose the right hair dye, you need to take the tone 1-2 points darker or lighter from the original color. In this case, the modified shade of the strands will not disturb the natural appearance.

When choosing a hair color, you need to focus on naturalness.

Also, when choosing the optimal color, one should be guided by aesthetic norms that take into account not only the color of the skin, natural strands, but also the shade of the eyes. It is necessary to comprehensively evaluate their appearance in terms of warm and cold color type. The choice of the shag of the hair should be made on the basis of the conclusion made, from the principle “warm to warm”, “cold to cold”.

There are general aesthetic rules on the basis of which it is easy to choose any color of paint:

  1. People with predominantly warm color types will suit strands of gold and copper shades. Warm eye colors include hazel, green and hazel.
  2. Holders of brown, almost black eyes that are lighter than red hair should not be considered. The optimal solution would be black or dark chestnut.
  3. In the presence of allergic rashes on the face, acne and circles under the eyes, red shades should be avoided, which will only emphasize skin imperfections. Also not recommended cardinally light and dark colors.
  4. For the happy owners of the “eternal blush”, it is necessary to abandon the warm tones of paint and turn their attention to cool colors - sandy, ashen and brown.

Holders of blush need to make a choice in favor of cold shades of hair dye

How to reduce to "no" errors

In order to choose a shade of hair dye, one should determine the purpose of coloring, which can be:

  • painting gray hair,
  • image change
  • giving freshness and brightness to natural color.

Before you change your appearance you need to think, for a long or for a short period of time it is required.

Hair coloring

As a short-term effect, lasting up to six weeks, unstable preparations are used, which do not penetrate into the hair structure, but paint its surface.

For a long-lasting effect, dyestuffs are suitable that penetrate the hair structure, destroy the natural pigment, and in its place implant one of your own.

To make sure that the chosen color certainly matches the appearance and color type of the individual, one should use shading shampoos or non-ammonia paint to carry out the test staining before applying durable paint to the hair.

Be sure to test the hair dye

Nowadays, modern technologies at home can use coloring agents with a sparing effect, ease of preparation and use. After the use of drugs, due to the addition of nutrients, the hair becomes shiny, silky and healthy.

If the presented image corresponds to the obtained results, you can proceed to staining with permanent paints. For high-quality and uniform coloring it is recommended to contact professional hairdressers.

Also, in order to understand whether the desired color fits the external image, you can:

  • make a fitting wig of the appropriate color
  • change hair color using Photoshop,
  • try on the hair in the online mode on the website of the manufacturer of paints.

Online hairstyle fitting

The correct technology of preparing gray hair for dyeing and the selection of a suitable dye is the key to a successful dyeing.

How to paint gray hair in light brown or red color

Gray hair is completely discolored due to lack of pigment.

In view of the absence of melanin, the scales of gray hair are raised, which ensures rapid washing out of the paint from under them due to the small size of the paint molecules, which makes it possible to easily penetrate into the “open doors” of the outer colorless layer.

To choose the color of hair dye losing its former beauty, you need to take into account the percentage of gray strands to their total number. With a small amount of hair, subject to age-related changes, you can use ordinary paint to match the natural color, which ensures the invisibility of the growing roots.

In the presence of gray strands in an amount greater than fifty percent, it is worthwhile to use persistent paints with the preliminary treatment of the dressing, to eliminate the dense, not allowing the penetration of paint, adjoining the cuticle scales to each other.

Covering gray hair is not as difficult as it seems.

Natural coloring drugs in the form of henna and basma are not able to paint over gray hair. In addition, they give an unpleasant, indelible shade to gray hairs that are difficult to further dye.

Expert advice

It is worth remembering that blond hair has a refreshing and rejuvenating effect on the image of a person, while dark shades of hair give severity and efficiency to the appearance, slightly increasing its age.

Therefore, experts in modeling the image recommended to make staining on one or more colors lighter, which gives a person a healthy and fresh look, at the same time throwing off dozens of years from his shoulders.

Choosing the right shade of hair dye

For light original hair shades are suitable:

For dark source

Color palette

Manufacturers of paints offer a catalog of their products, designed in the form of a farb-card, which is a folding book with samples of colored hair.

Hair Color Palette

Each sample corresponds to a paint with a specific tone.

To choose the right hair dye you need to find the color of the strand, close to its original. Each sample is numbered in two numbers. The first digit determines the depth of color, and the second - the intensity of the shade.

Selected hair color should not differ from the original color by more than two colors. Optimal will be the choice of a lighter tone.

Sometimes the manufacturer of coloring drugs in farf cards does not represent all samples of products. In such cases, a special table with additional information should be placed on the map.

Purchase of hair dye

Previously, before buying paint should determine what type of product you plan to purchase.

Professional products are sold only in professional hairdressing or branded stores.

Funds can be found in online stores from the manufacturer. Amateur paints for home use, including natural, can be purchased at the supermarket.

To accurately select the shade of hair dye, you should purchase products for professional use. However, it is worth bearing in mind that staining with such paints is better to be entrusted into the hands of professionals.

Preparing hair for coloring

When using unstable inks do not need additional hair care before the procedure. The composition of these drugs have already provided for the presence of balms, oils, giving the hair a healthy and well-groomed appearance.

If vegetable colors are used to change the color of the strands, then before applying them, it is important to wash and slightly dry the hair. However, when deciding on a fundamental change in appearance with durable paint, in order to uniformly apply it to the strands, it is recommended that the hair be pre-saturated with moisture by applying masks and conditioners.

Sole decision making

As is clear from the name itself, the decision is made and announced by one person, usually the boss, and all other members of the group must obey and execute the order. This model has both advantages and disadvantages.

Fast decision making. If you are ready to take full responsibility and do not doubt your ability to make decisions - the sole way to the fastest and most convenient.

Quick solution to simple questions. Agree that not all questions require detailed group consideration and careful choice of solutions. Many only require a quick response.

Quick decision making in an emergency.

In some cases, there is simply no time to gather a meeting and discuss the best solutions. When the ship is on fire, all decisions are made by the captain.

Lack of understanding. If you make a single-handed decision, then there is a risk that others will not understand it and therefore will not be able to perform it as qualitatively as when making a joint management decision.

Limited access to vital information.

There are no all-seeing and all-knowing people, and you are no exception. Making decisions alone, you close yourself access to vital information that may affect the correctness of the final decision.

Weak support. People are much more willing to support and implement the solutions that they themselves have developed. And if they did not participate in decision making and planning, well, you understand. This is especially true for decisions that have a strong influence on the group; the less employees are involved in making a serious decision, the more they will resist its implementation.

The one-person solution to the problem on the basis of consultation

This approach resembles the previous one - only one person makes decisions, but only after an individual conversation with other team members, during which he listens to their ideas and gets feedback on his suggestions. Here are its advantages and disadvantages.

The speed of decision making. As a manager, you can consult with the necessary number of employees and, having received all the necessary information, proceed to action.

Higher level of awareness. The advantage is obvious: if you clearly outlined to the team members the essence of the problem and listened carefully to them, you are better prepared to make a decision compared to the one-to-one method without consultation.

Great support and understanding. The people with whom you have consulted understand better the background of your decisions and give you more support than if you make decisions without consultation.

Weak support from non-consultants. You cannot count on the support of team members who did not participate in the decision-making process.

The absence of this discussion. When only you and one or two members of the team participate in the discussion, a fruitful group discussion is impossible, during which different points of view are compared, sparks of creativity are flashed, new effective ideas appear and take shape.

Difficulties in explaining his decision. Since you consult with team members separately, only you know all the points of view, while others do not have a complete picture of what is happening. Therefore, it will be difficult for you to explain to your colleagues why you made this decision, especially if it changed drastically several times.

Decision making by simple majority

It is not difficult to make a decision by simple majority of votes - if 50% of the group plus one person voted for the proposed decision, it means that the whole group made this decision. For example, five out of nine people choose option A, and the remaining four choose option B. Thus, option A becomes the group’s decision. And now about the advantages and disadvantages of this model.

Ease of voting. All employees know how to vote - they have done it more than once. He raised his hand, loudly said "Yes" or "No" - and the trick is in the hat!

The participation of all members of the group. In contrast to one-sided approaches, a majority decision usually includes a group discussion followed by a choice of ideas.

Promotes the organization of large groups. When a large number of people are engaged in a common business, decision-making by majority vote gives excellent results due to the simplicity and efficiency of the voting process.

It creates an atmosphere of winners and losers. Very often, people in the minority feel like losers. Even if the majority does not gloat, the losers often stand in opposition and do not support the decision, which causes big problems in the working group.

Reduces the creativity and flexibility of decision makers. The first task in deciding by a majority vote is the selection of voting options. If the choice is too large, it is difficult to reach a decision by vote. Therefore, groups often try to artificially limit the number of options, breaking them down into categories. At the same time, the discussion and the possible emergence of even better options as a result of combining several proposals sacrifice the effectiveness of a vote — for example, the conclusion that the best solution would not be option A or B, but their combination.

Decision making by consensus

The word consensus is often used incorrectly. Consensus does not mean that the majority or the vast majority agree with the terms of the decision. It also does not mean the consent of all - unanimous consent. A decision made by consensus is a decision that everyone supports. Support is the key word here. Some participants may not personally agree with the decision of the group, but they are still ready to implement it. Consensus is achieved by collective participation. Below are the advantages and disadvantages of this model.

I decided to start the description with shortcomings so that you would understand the possible difficulties before you see the positive aspects of this approach.

Takes a lot of time. Decisions made by consensus often require considerable activity and flexibility of the participants in the collective discussion. The results do not appear immediately.

Requires a high level of communication skills. When I mention this factor, some wonder why I don’t attribute it to merit. The reason is that most people do not have enough ability to communicate effectively - listen carefully, speak clearly and constructively express their thoughts. Most argue, defending their positions, do not hear others, and never offer ideas to resolve differences. Such behavior can ruin the process of reaching consensus.

Unacceptable for very large groups. The larger the working group (usually if it has more than ten people), the more difficult it is to reach a consensus. In such groups it is difficult to listen to everyone’s opinion, and the probability of dividing the group into two opposition camps is great.

Performance Guarantee. Decisions made by consensus require a lot of involvement. The group will not complete the work until each of its members expresses loudly and clearly their readiness to support the decision. And as the proverb goes, “coaxing is more precious than money.”

The speed of execution of the decision. With the sole approach, decisions are made quickly, but slowly implemented. Slow decision making with the help of consensus is usually compensated for by quick implementation, since all participants know what should be done to implement it.

Improving problem solving skills. The more often members of working groups make decisions by consensus, the higher their skill in resolving problems.

Consultative decision-making

With a consultative approach, the final decision is made by one person, that is, the manager, but he does this with the help of the members of the group who provide him with informational assistance.

Deep understanding of the solution. Since all team members directly help in developing a solution, they clearly understand what it will be in its final form, and can give it a rationale, understand its evolution during the discussion, and evaluate their personal contribution. Such a depth of understanding practically guarantees the subsequent support of the decision.

Providing comprehensive information to the manager who makes the final decision. One of the main advantages of the consultative approach is the participation of all members of the group in the final decision making. Group discussion usually generates a huge variety of points of view, as participants creatively stimulate each other.

The structure of the process ensures maximum involvement of all participants in decision making. This organized process helps to involve all members of the group in decision making. A structured process allows for fruitful discussions and making effective decisions.

Requires the manager to have well developed active listening and facilitation skills. If the decision manager has already decided everything for himself, he should not use a consultative approach only to receive the “blessing” of the group. It will not give a positive result. People see through this tactic. They will feel that you do not want to listen to different points of view, and will be offended by your attempt to deceive them. Better save time and use the sole decision-making approach.

The absence of a decision maker. In some teams, for example, target or project, there are no persons authorized to make the final decision. The functions of the team leader, as a rule, are reduced to coordination and facilitation, but not to management. Therefore, unless the group appoints a decision maker, it will not be able to take a consultative approach.

Teams should periodically use collective forms of decision-making, in particular consensus and a consultative approach. But your main task is to familiarize them with all five basic decision-making methods.

How to choose a hair dye: subtleties, secrets, tips

Now it is difficult to find a woman who has not experimented with the color of her hair at least once in her life. Almost each of the fair sex is familiar with tint, and many of the ladies are wondering how to choose a hair dye, so that it does not spoil the hair and is ideally suited to the natural shade of curls. Let's try to figure it out.

Natural dyes: advantages and disadvantages

Natural dyes are considered to be those that are mined in nature and not artificially derived. They were used by our distant ancestors.

Natural hair colors include:

  • henna,
  • Basma,
  • coloring herbs (chamomile, sage),
  • Oak bark,
  • tea leaves,
  • onion peel,
  • lemon juice is a natural brightener.

Such tools are absolutely safe for hair: they not only color, but also nourish the hair, making it stronger and thicker.

The most popular natural dyes are considered to be henna and basma. These are Indian herbs ground to powder. Henna gives a copper-red shade, Basma - dark, chocolate and chestnut. The peculiarity of the use of Basma is that if you use it without henna, it will paint your hair dirty green.

Advantages of natural dyes:

  • environmental friendliness
  • security,
  • a positive effect on the health of curls,
  • they make it possible to shade hair, without changing color, without harm to the bulb.

  • henna and basma can dry their hair,
  • After henna, you cannot use other colors
  • limited choice of colors
  • a faint tint (it is impossible to repaint from a brunette to a blonde using the gifts of nature).

Chemical paints: advantages and disadvantages

All that you see on the shelf of any store of cosmetics and household chemicals - chemical dyes. Coloring with their help is carried out by the interaction of the paint and the oxidizing agent (hydrogen peroxide), which comes in a set. The result is any shade - from dark to light.

All colors are divided into three groups:

Which one you choose depends on which goal you are pursuing.

Non-resistant paints (level 1)

These products include tinted shampoos and balms. They are created to shade the natural hair color, but not to repaint it in the opposite.

The advantages of unstable dyes are that they do not damage the hair, are easily washed out (5-8 trips to the shower), give the curls a beautiful rich shade.

The disadvantages are that their power is often not enough to paint dark hair, and they are also powerless on gray hair.

Semi-dyes (level 2)

Semi-permanent dyes are stronger than unstable ones - their result can stay on the hair for up to three months. They are pretty high quality paint over gray hair and I can change the hair color into several tones. Nevertheless, their influence on the structure of the curls is unfavorable. They spoil the hair is not as much as permanent dyes, but are not as safe as unstable.

  • L’Oreal Casting Gloss,
  • Estel de Luxe Sense,
  • Schwarzkopf Igora Vibrance.

Persistent (permanent) paint (level 3)

Persistent are those dyes that have in their composition ammonia and hydrogen peroxide. They are quite aggressive and negatively affect the hair, although with their help you can achieve a clarification of dark hair by 4-5 tones.

Physical paints

These dyes (level 0) are temporary, as their pigment does not interact with keratin inside the hair, and, therefore, the color is washed out very quickly.

They are chosen by those who are not ready for radical change. They do not contain ammonia or peroxide. They can not paint the hair in the opposite natural color. But such dyes are safe for hair - they do not penetrate into the hair structure and quickly go, it is enough to wash your hair 2-5 times.

These tools are designed for those who want to change often - creative people, animators, actors, shocking women and lovers of new images.

1 step. Decide on a task

If you want to drastically change the color of hair and firmly believe that this shade will suit you, then, without hesitation, buy a resistant (or semi-resistant) chemical dye. But it is important to remember that dark hair is difficult to achieve the color indicated on the package, especially if you are a brunette who dreams of becoming a platinum blonde.

If your plans include only experimenting with color, without changing it radically, then you can choose physical paint or tint balsam.

Step 2. Studying the composition

When choosing a chemical hair dye, pay special attention to the composition. If natural dyes do not spoil the hair, then the wrong choice of synthetic paint can lead to disastrous results.

  1. Pay attention to the percentage of hydrogen peroxide. The smaller it is, the more secure the paint for hair follicles. Choose a product with a peroxide content of 6 to 9%.
  2. It is better to choose paints without ammonia in the composition. Such analogues worse paint over the hair, but after using them, neither dryness nor split ends will appear.
  3. It is very good if the composition contains such components as oils, vitamin B, proteins, elements for protection against UV radiation.
  4. Carefully read the composition! If it contains salts of heavy metals (zinc, lead, manganese), it is better to refuse to buy.
  5. Pay special attention to shelf life. If the product is overdue by at least a month, you should not buy it, because over time the chemical elements of the paint react and can behave unpredictably. At best, you will not get the shade you wanted.

Step 3. We select the color and shade of hair dye

Choosing the right shade of paint is very important, especially when it comes to a permanent dye. Before you go to the store, answer the following questions.

  1. Do you have gray hair?
  2. Did you paint the hair earlier?
  3. Did you do henna or basma staining?
  4. What is your natural hair color?
  5. What shade do you want to get?

After analyzing your answers, you will more clearly understand what you need - permanent paint or not, dark or light. If you previously painted curls with henna, then it is better to refrain from repainting with resistant paint until you have a natural color.

But how to choose the right tone of paint? Usually on all packages the manufacturer gives an approximate table of hair color changes as a result of dyeing. Of course, the lighter the natural shade of the curls, the stronger and brighter the dye will appear.

We select the tone for the color type

Everyone knows that women are divided into four color-type groups:

Each group has its own characteristics and characteristic differences. Hair color is also different for all groups, in other words, that which suits a spring girl will not suit an autumn lady.

These romantic beauties most often have light skin with a hint of baked milk and blue (pale green, light blue) eyes. Hair color can be both light blond and wheat, but it is never red or black. Accordingly, when choosing a paint, it is worth starting from this.

Spring lady fit shades:

  • chestnut,
  • red-golden,
  • warm bright
  • wheat and straw,
  • light brown

The best choice would be brownish-golden shades close to the natural color.

This type most common in Russia is characterized by blue, gray or pale brown eyes and light olive or pinkish skin. Summer beauties often become owners of light brown hair, but they also have rich white curls.

Girls "Summer" fit the following colors of paint:

It is easy to guess that “Autumn” is a warm color type. Its owners are famous for bright brown or green eyes, light or, on the contrary, dark skin with golden tint and freckles, red or brown hair. The color of the autumn ladies is red. She fit all his shades.

Paint color for women Autumn:

This color type is usually referred to as cold. Winter beauties usually have dark eyes (black, chocolate, dark brown) and dark hair (black, chocolate, dark brown-haired). The skin can be either porcelain-white or tan.

Winter women can experiment with hair color. They are bright and catchy, and the color of their curls should be the same. They are suitable:

Choosing a hair dye according to the international color scale

Note! User recommendation! To combat hair loss, our readers have discovered an amazing tool. This is a 100% natural remedy, which is based solely on herbs, and mixed in such a way as to most effectively deal with the ailment. The product will help to quickly and effectively restore hair growth, give them a clean and silky.

Since the drug consists only of herbs, it has no side effects. Help your hair ... "

The world adopted a single chart of hair shades to simplify the choice of tone colors. This scale is used, as a rule, for professional hair dyes and salon dyeing, but knowing the principles of working with it, it will be easier for you to determine which shade to choose.

The international scale offers 12 levels of natural hair color. They are presented in the table below. You should choose your color or as close as possible to it.

Now decide what you want - radically change or only shade the natural hair color. If you do not want to repaint, then you should choose the paint, the number of which begins with "your number."

What does the second (and third) number in the paint number mean? This is the number of hue, and with the first digit they are usually separated by a dot or fractional bar.

Only 9 shades:

If there are two digits after the separator, it means that the shade of paint is more complex, with an additional subtone.

By analogy with the numbers, some manufacturers use letter numbering.

4 ways to quickly decide on the appropriate hair color

Author Irina Luneva date Apr 28, 2016

When choosing a hair dye should be guided by an important rule drawn up by nature itself. The color of the strands is genetically laid when conceiving a new life, depending on the type of skin.

Hair color laid genetically

The hue of the hair attached pigment - melanin. Blond skin corresponds to blond hair, white and pink skin is red. Brown-haired have skin with a reddish tint, and brunettes - with olive.

How to choose paint for hair coloring

Many girls think about what hair color to choose before dyeing so that she completely dyed the strands, for a long time to keep a bright shade and luster.

To choose the right tone and color, you need to determine your natural color of curls, find out the color type of appearance. This is especially important if the hair has a red glow, almost black or gray.

Consider how to choose a hair dye depending on the type of appearance, their structure and the desired result after dyeing.

Determination of appearance color type before buying paint

In order to choose the right color and the desired color, you first need to decide on the color type of skin, eyes and hair. This can be easily done at home, standing at the mirror.

By contrast, it is divided into warm and cold, and by name - in the winter, spring, autumn and summer. In girls of warm type, the skin is usually tanned, brown, green or brown eyes.

Ladies of a cold color type are distinguished by milky skin with a soft blush, blue or gray eyes.

Color type autumn

Such girls usually have reddish, reddish hair with various tints: copper, gold, chestnut. You can make your shade brighter by choosing a colouration, or change it to a darker one. To choose the right paint, you have to choose when buying a chestnut, copper-gold, honey-caramel tone. Suitable for coloring according to color type and black.

Color type summer

Their color strands in these women most often mouse, dirty, ash or light blond. It is better for them to do highlighting, highlighting individual curls in the face, or to choose any shade of blond for coloring. Ashy tone, platinum, golden sand or white color is recommended. Red glow will give the face a faded expression, dark colors of colors are also not worth buying.

The choice of paint on the degree of resistance

Having decided on the paint color, you should also decide what degree of durability of the dye to choose for home dyeing. According to this criterion, the following means are distinguished:

  • Persistent permanent - contain ammonia and hydrogen peroxide in the composition, guaranteeing lasting color for several weeks. Suitable for those who have their shade of bright red, chestnut, black or gray.
  • Professional - contain special components that prevent damage to the structure during application. The percentage of ammonia in them is reduced, but this does not affect the chosen tone and durability. Color lasts from 3 to 5 weeks.
  • Semi-permanent (tonic) - are selected to change the tone a little, by 2-3 positions. Can paint over no more than 50% gray hair, do not contain peroxide and ammonia. It is better to buy them after consulting with a hairdresser.
  • Semi-resistant - do not damage the structure of the curls due to the low ammonia content. Color after staining becomes brighter, more saturated.
  • Shading - the safest, if applied correctly, according to the instructions. Do not contain ammonia, are available in the form of balms, shampoos. Suitable for dark and blond hair, giving a beautiful shade for a short time.
  • Natural (henna, basma, decoctions of herbs, oak bark) - allow you to get a red, golden or black color, without harming the hair. After dyeing the hair can change the tone to copper, red-red, brown, depending on the recipe.

Popular and proven brands

Stylists advise - it is better for home dyeing to buy paint from well-known manufacturers, who are responsible for the quality of their products. Their funds have instructions in Russian, disposable gloves, vials for mixing the oxidant and the coloring composition.

Professionals recommend the following brands:

  • "L'Oreal" - keeps its color for a long time, has a balm that cares for you in a box and does not overdry hair.
  • "Garnier" - has a wide palette, any shade lasts a long time. Suitable for dyeing in red, brown, ashen or black, does not contain ammonia.
  • "Estelle" - contains in the composition of vitamins, keratin, cares for curls during dyeing. It is best to buy it in the presence of gray hair or change the shade by 2-3 tones.
  • "Vella" - popular due to the gentle composition, contains vitamins and caring serum.
  • "Palet" - gives a durable color, loved by blondes for a rich light palette.
  • "Sjöss" - is considered a professional paint, carefully caring for the strands. Best of all allows you to choose the desired shade.

Deciphering the number on the package with paint

It will be easier for those who drastically change their hair color to determine the pattern on the paint. But the change of 1-2 tones requires careful study of the packaging, finding the right shade by number. Understanding the data is easy if you know what is deciphered by numbers. Finding a box with a suitable color in the catalog or on the store shelf, you should take into account the following.

The first digit to the point indicates the degree of color saturation. The smaller the number, the darker the tone:

  1. The black.
  2. Very dark chestnut.
  3. Dark chestnut (brown).
  4. Chestnut shade (brown).
  5. Light brown.
  6. Dark blond.
  7. Blonde
  8. Light blond tone.
  9. Blond
  10. Intense blond.

The numbers after the first point are the shades and the degree of naturalness of the color. They go from 0 to 8.

  1. Palette of natural shades.
  2. Ashen.
  3. Pearlescent.
  4. Golden (golden).
  5. Copper (red color).
  6. Red (mahogany).
  7. Violet.
  8. Brown (chestnut).
  9. Chocolate.

Usually on the box the numbering looks like this: 8.34 or 9.1.

Tips for applying the dye composition

Choosing the right shade for home dyeing, you need to mix it correctly and apply it on your hair. It is more convenient to take someone as an assistant, buy a special brush, a cape to protect from paint stains on clothes. Professionals advise:

  • Dark strands must be discolored first, otherwise the paint will not “take” them. This rule is especially important for brunettes who want to get light colors.
  • If the color change occurs for the first time, you can paint one inconspicuous strand. So it will be clear what happens in the end.
  • When re-staining, apply the composition only to the grown roots, so as not to burn the strands and not to overdry them.
  • If the gray hair on the head a little, you can choose dark and black tones. If more than 30% - dark brown, chestnut will do. If there is a lot of gray hairs, it will be very difficult to paint them yourself. It is better to do this with an experienced master in the cabin, to avoid mistakes.
  • When buying paint, pay attention to the percentage of ammonia, hydrogen peroxide. For owners of damaged or dried strands, brittle tips, it is better to use ammonia-free formulations and tint preparations.
  • Drawing on the package does not always coincide with the final result, so it is important to determine the natural color most accurately, read the recommendations on the box.

Following all these tips, you can easily choose the right paint for quality and color, transform from a brunette or brown-haired woman into a blonde beauty, shade red, blond hair, become a fatal lady with bright copper or ashy curls.

We make hundreds of decisions every day and live the consequences of these elections.

Of course, we have several proven and tested schemes or, if you wish, models of mental behavior in such situations. We refer to our past when we lived in similar situations. Then we try on the clothes of acquaintances who have passed the same moments, look in the horoscope or lay out the cards. We toss coins or call or write to a familiar clairvoyant in the hope of getting an unmistakable one hundred percent, correct, happy-ticket answer.

I suggest you to test the 2 most correct ways to make the right decisions from my practice

I use them for a long time and they bring positive results to me in 97 percent of cases. I leave the remaining 3 percent to my analyst and to the dubious analyzer of the ego, wherever it is without him.

  • Method number 1. First thought from god

By name you, of course, guessed that the essence of the method is the ability to catch the first thought that comes to you in response to your question. The complexity of this method lies precisely in the art of catching, hearing, and accepting the first thought. Not the second, not the third namely the first. If you managed to do it - try to do it again and again.

The fact is that our receiver (the brain) sends a signal-response to the sent signal-question. As a rule, this answer gives us the Spirit of our being, the higher Self, the soul, call it your convenience. Our receiver takes subsequent thoughts from the social consciousness layer and they, as a rule, are not ours and will not bring us a satisfactory answer. To be more precise - the answer, the most suitable for us in this particular situation.

Practice on insignificant decisions and when you hone this skill, integrate into global elections. Somewhere in a month you will accurately catch the answers most acceptable to you.

  • Method number 2. Feelings are not deceived

This method is more accurate. To use it, you also need training and a desire to know your answers. In the essence of this method lies our nature, because we are sensual beings and sometimes the mind does not understand what rises inside or whence suddenly a bad mood.

In a nutshell, you can describe Method number 2 as follows: “If joy is yours inside, if sadness and sadness is not yours«.

Remember the brightest moments of joy.Soak in this feeling, label it. Mark it as a clear sense of joy. Then remember the opposite and label it again. The task is to understand exactly what you are feeling at the moment.

Next, you listen to your feelings at the time of the decision and choose the option for which joy. After all, first there is a thought, and then a feeling. After we do the action, but that's another story.

There is one very significant nuance when feelings are deceiving, and this you will not only learn, but also learn to distinguish in TOT courses, being aware of every moment of life and choosing only those experiences and thoughts that will lead you to joy.

There is, however, another way of understanding the correctness of decision making.

It includes both of the above. Combining thoughts and feelings leads to a multiple increase in the ability to "hear" the answers and even affects the events that you subject to internal analysis. Simply put, you not only know what to do, but also create what you want.

This method is studied in detail and practiced in the courses of the Technology of Imaginative Creation. From February 10, we offer the opportunity to master both of the two methods described above, and to unite them, by learning to see our truth, knowing exactly our best answers.

On the “Quick Start” course (Basic Technology Course) you will definitely include the third way of decision making, reveal feelings if you have them closed, learn how to choose thoughts and of course make yourself the first experience of modeling and creating events and situations.

If you have already completed this course and are part of the TOT family, we invite you to continue to learn about the new facets of yourself from unexpected and new sides in the “Awakening of the Light” (first level TOT) and “Returning to integrity” (second level). The incredible results of the participants are a vivid example of the use of technology and a sign of quality and value.

February 10 start. Make your right decisions!

Tint means

Double-edged stick: such colorants are the safest and least resistant. Not a trace of ammonia here, of course, no. Therefore, they paint superficially, in the literal sense of the word. Substances act only on the scaly layer of hair, without affecting its internal structure. As a result, after 6-8 shampooing, all beauty will be washed off.

Taboo

Refrain from the use of such dyes should, of course, owners of gray hair. Here the most unpredictable results are possible.

I remember the story from personal experience. A friend decided to tint her husband's civil husband, the owner of noble gray hair at the temples, with a touchy tool. As a result, gray hair acquired a purple sheen, and male anger became immense.

We also strongly recommend to avoid and dreaming about a dramatic change in hair color. If you are a brunette, and you dream to find a hair, like Sobchak, tint dyes, alas, not the way out.

Who is suitable?

Predominantly tinted paint is chosen by ladies who want to give their hair a deeper tone. In addition, these tools are used to maintain the color of colored hair. Here, for example, Wella CF ASID NEW allows you to maintain the brightness of the color in the intervals between staining resistant means. By the way, this tint series in addition provides hair with luxurious shine!

Semi-resistant hair dyes (ammonia-free)

In the people such dyes also call sparing. Is this enviable title true? Yes sir.

The paints included in this group also boast a lack of ammonia. This fact is both a virtue and a disadvantage. Such dyes on average are washed off after a month and a half, but at the same time they gently affect the hair.

Taboo.

If the amount of gray hair exceeds the 50% mark, non-ammonia dyes are not your assistant.

In addition, as is the case with tint tools, women who dream of a radical change in color should choose a different method.

Who is suitable?

Ideal - a girl with pre-damaged hair. Its intention is to change the color by one tone, without finally spoiling the hair. Also, dyes should pay attention to anyone who would like to emphasize the depth of the available color, giving the hair a natural shine.

A lot of positive feedback from a non-ammine paint from Milan. FarmaVita B.Life Color is notable for its component, argan oil. As a result, the coloring, restoring the hair structure, becomes ...

helpful. Exactly. Cream paint, perfectly coping with its main task - color variation, while preventing hair loss and rejuvenates them. And also B.

life Solor has a stunning fruity aroma!

Summing up the conversation about semi-resistant dyes, it is impossible not to mention another series, MATRIX Color Sync. What is she good at?

Unanimous public opinion. Visitors to Irecommend.ru, the largest review site, are delighted with the results. Rarely about what cream paint can you read as many laudatory comments.

Products helps to align the porous areas of the hair, which contributes to uniform staining. Since Color Sink allows you to tint hair without settling the dye in some areas, it is completely harmless. Well, and hair after dyeing becomes soft, like silk, they shine like a diamond.

Resistant (permanent) hair dye

This is heavy artillery. But all is not as hopeless as it may seem at first glance.

Permanent dyes are more resistant, affecting the hair, they penetrate into their inner layers. In the process of dyeing, the natural pigment contained in the hair is replaced with an artificial one.

But harm is easy to minimize. This can be done by preferring permanent cream paint from the professional series. Compared with mass-market products, the number of useful components in dyes intended for salons has been increased.

Here, for example, the Italian Farmacolor by FarmaVita is a real storehouse of natural substances. Cream paint contains the fruits of the Mediterranean shrub Mackis, immortelle, eucalyptus, wormwood, nettle, and rosemary oil. Such ingredients provide the hair with a truly royal care, properly nourishing and protecting it.

The abundance of natural ingredients is not the only advantage of cream-paints from the professional series. Another important nuance - the percentage of ammonia is reduced. But this list of wealth does not end there. The so-called "hairdressing" hair dyes are sold without an oxidant, which must be purchased separately. We now explain why this is good.

All paints, the range of supermarkets and household chemical stores, are equipped with an oxidizing agent with a high content of hydrogen peroxide - 9-12%. And by purchasing professional products, you are free to take the oxidant required here and now. As practice shows, in many cases, 3% or 6% solution is sufficient.

Taboo.

If the hair is badly damaged, it is better to give preference to ammonia-free or tinting paints, at least, until you have treated the long-suffering head of hair. The same applies to women who want to change only a little color (tone) or give the hair a richer shade.

Who is suitable?

First of all, of course, to owners of gray hair. Permanent paints cope with the camouflage function of 100%. Not a single gray hair!

In addition, persistent dyes can drastically change hair color, allowing, for example, brown-haired women to become red, blondes - brunettes, etc.

In conclusion, it is worth mentioning that even with frequent washing of hair, permanent dyes are not washed off. From here the following requirement follows smoothly: to maintain an even color, you need to tint the roots monthly.

By the way, returning to the conversation about the maturity of hair, not to mention Igora Royal Absolutes, developed by Schwarzkopf Professional. Cream-paint is recommended, first of all, to hair with any% content of gray hair.

And the product formula is enriched with useful components. The proteins of the plant Moringa Oleifera, like a personal bodyguard, protect the hair from atmospheric pollution and UV radiation, and the BIOTIN-S complex fills in the voids inside the hair, stimulating their growth.

In short, it's Schwarzkopf!
